Our template is installed by uploading it to your Site Template Gallery. We provide instructions with your purchase about how to do this. If you need help installing Sharepoint or the other prerequisites, please visit our Premium Services page.

What is your Refund Policy?
Because our template is delivered in downloadable form, we do not provide refunds. We encourage you to view the DEMO before making your purchase.

What is the difference between the Branded and White Label options?
The Branded option contains the Sync Task Software logo and a link to our website in the template footer. The White Label option removes our logo and link.

Why can’t I remove your link and logo from the template?
The Branded option contains the Sync Task Software logo and a link to our website. The HTML code is obfuscated and removing the link and/or logo from the Branded version removes the Outlook syncing functionality from the template.

If I break the template while trying to remove the link and logo from the Branded option can I re-download the template?
We will not allow you to re-download the template if you break it while trying to remove the link and logo from the Branded version. In addition, you will be banned from making any future purchases from our site.
