Sync Task Software Project Template for Sharepoint

The Sharepoint Project Management Template allows you to sync Project Tasks, Issues, Milestones and the Projects List with Outlook (each Sharepoint list appears as separate task list in Outlook). You may update all lists from the Sharepoint site OR Outlook. Each time you do a Send/Receive, your Outlook lists and the Sharepoint site will sync with each other.

We have three licensing models available:

1. Internal Use License - Buy Now for $99 per server.

The Internal Use License allows the template to be used on a single server that is accessible by internal customers only. Sites must be for operations / management purposes and may not be used to sell products, may not contain advertising and may not charge visitors an access fee. If any of the sites on which you plan to deploy the template do not meet the criteria for the Internal Use License, you must purchase a Commercial License or Web Host License. Note: Sites may be internet-facing as long as they are not listed in major search engines or accessed by the public and meet the criteria for the Internal Use License.

2. Commercial Use License - Buy Now for $299 per server.

The Commercial Use License allows the template to be used on a single server that is accessible by internal and/or external customers. Sites may be used to sell products, may contain advertising and may charge an access fee. This license may not be used by web hosting companies. If you are a web hosting company, you must purchase a Web Host License.

3. Web Host License - Buy Now for $499 per server.

The Web Host License allows the template to be used on a single server that is accessible by internal and/or external customers. Server may be a dedicated server or a shared server.

Licensing example: If you have two shared servers with each containing 10 customer accounts and two dedicated servers with one account on each, you would need to purchase four licenses. Licensing is based on the number of boxes, not the number of customers or sites per box.
