Don’t like email?
All of our products include free technical support via email. We believe this provides the best overall experience for our customers and our support personnel.
We do realize, however, that a small percentage of customers prefer to speak with someone on the telephone when discussing support issues.
This annual contract is for those customers.
In addition to free technical support via email, this contract entitles one contact person per contract to receive technical support via telephone during the period that the contract is active (one business day turnaround).
We highly recommend the standard (free) email support for the vast majority of customers.
